The idea for this was one of the first ideas I had for this comic -- some four years ago now! I didn't know at the time if I'd have the right frames for the joke, but that tracking shot showing all the characters surveying the island fit the bill. I had to fabricate the final panel, though, as Poochie never had the right expression in that scene.
