Thanks for the compliment. I'm sure the author of the game appreciates you saying that.

As for helping you, let's see... you've got a rope. Maybe you should try using to get somewhere? Across a chasm or down a cliff or up a wall or something. I'm sure you'll find something worth having if you do that. Once you do that, that will open up the way to defeat the three enemies you mentioned, and will accomplish all your stated goals, with the exception of moving the chest of drawers.

The funny thing about THAT, though, is that you've already done what you need to do (and even mentioned it IN your help request) so you just need to go back and check around that area a little bit more. I trust once you've done that, you'll figure out how to move the drawers.
