If you try to have a "Conversation" with her, she interrupts before you can get 2 sentences out, to turn the "Conversation" back to the very important topic of... herself.

I've had to walk away several times, because if you try to say "No, not all Korean's are mean (expletives)." She interrupts to say "No, it's just their culture, they're all just mean (expletives). That's not racist, it's just part of their culture!"

So she can say racist things, but let's not forget... she's not racist! Oh, no, wouldn't want to *sound* racist, after all.

If anyone ever starts a sentence with "I'm not X, but..." it's dollars to doughnuts that the second half of the sentence will prove the first half a lie. And on some level they must know it's a lie, or they wouldn't feel the need to add a disclaimer.
