Thoughts:

I'm excited about The Beaver, partly because in its bizarre premise it makes me think of Lars and the Real Girl, which I absolutely loved. So I'm excited... but also a bit nervous that it'll end up being awful. Or even just quietly disappointing.

Midnight in Paris has Jesse Eisenberg and Ellen Page, two actors who I have a feeling could speak fluent Allenese. I'm ridiculously excited about this. But then I get ridiculously excitd about all his new movies before they disappoint me. :-)

I've never been an Abrams fan, although I was OK with Star Trek. But Super 8 sounds like a fun premise, so we'll see.

Mr. Popper's Penguins was charming because it was understated. Jim Carrey can be understated, but most frequently is not. Could go either way on this.

We'll see about Cars 2. Pixar hasn't really let me down yet, but I have no desire to see Cars again. But we shall see.

I am hesitantly optimistic about Winnie the Pooh. I haven't cared for most of the recent installments, so we'll see how this one goes.

All remakes/sequels aside from these last two mentioned in my list are completely uninteresting to me.
