The properties are a different shape, and the dollar sign has been replace by pounds. Chance and Community Chest are plain with almost no pictures and have rounded corners. Houses and hotels are slightly more detailed, but still red and green plastic. As for the tokens, the battleship has been replaced by a ferry boat, the racecar is a sportscar and the others are more detailed, but still look pretty much the same. The box is mostly red and white with black trim. The major differences are on the board. Board Walk, for example, has become Piccadilly and the railroads are all stations, such as Kings Cross Station, which I thought was a tube stop in London. The Electric Company and the Water Works are pretty much the same. And you don't collect $200 when you pass go. Go to jail and the jail are unchanged. > > Wouldn't it be nice is they had an Alaska Monopoly. I say again, you don't collect dollars. Pounds, yes; dollars, no. And think about how much more money that is. Howard
