Monster Arena tournaments start on the first of each month. Right now there isn't any game going, but if you check back on December 1, you will be able to register and start playing. You can actually register any time within the first week of the month without missing out on anything, because if you register, say, on the 3rd, it'll allow you to play through the two rounds you missed and catch up to everybody else.
