I gave it my best shot, however, later on in More Early Years. Keep playing, and you'll encounter some descriptions of these creatures in another game, probably the last one.
All right! I just finished More Early Years! Interesting monsters. I actually decided to draw them according to their descriptions as I found them. If I ever somehow get a scanner I'll probably sign up to deviantART and post the pictures
As suggested in the afterword, I did have a mental image as I went along. I had pictured Ooclos much like they were for you, only more humanoid, and with smaller beaks. Ugulars, I had pictured as being like dinosaurs even before I saw them described that way in Shibble, although I had seen them as more chunky and like T-rexes with horns on their noses, for some reason. The Ventraise was probably the one I was the most off on. I pictured them as more like humanoid dragons - if you've ever seen the Far Side cartoon about the dragon's wife who chides her husband for eating in bed and there's armour strewn in the room, that's how I pictured them. I never had any thought about what a Shiron would look like.
One last thing. I've done everything, but I still have 5/6 museums - Animation, Comtalk, Unrealized, Later Years, and Be Weird. I'm guessing that the last one would be for completing Tomb of Kings without fighting Varl. Am I right?
Thanks for the great game! Yuka out!
