Perhaps some of you have heard (and perhaps even liked) this certain TV show that ran throughout the entire decade of the 90's. It was on Comedy Central and Sci-Fi at individual intervals. It involved a human and two robots relentless making fun of movies (in a term today accepted as 'riffing'). This show was MST3K - better known as Mystery Science Theater 3000.

Today, with the advent of technology and the advancement in putting average Joe in the spotlight from his very own bedroom, many others have attempted to follow in the footsteps of those comedic giants the best they can. In fact, a few years ago, the ending cast of MST3k (there were a few different cast changes) started up a very similar project called Rifftrax, which does for modern movies what MST3k did for crummy, B-movies.

But I'm getting away from the point.

A friend and I are putting our hand at making fun of a few movies. Since we live 1,000 miles apart, though, it takes awhile to schedule out time to make fun of them. In the meantime, I went out and started a project very similar to making fun of movies. To wit: Making fun of video games. I've noticed that modern video games are almost like 'playing' a movie. So, with a little video editing to take non-essential things out, I'm giving this a shot.

I was hoping that, if there were any fans of MST3k, or fellows that enjoy a good 'riffing', I could get some suggestions or opinions. This is an acquired taste for humor, so if it's not up your alley, I certainly understand. But if you have a few minutes, I'd cordially invite you over to where I have the first episode posted, as linked below. Many thanks, fellow Rinkies.
