I saw in the news that the flu outbreak in Mexico had caused the Cinco de Mayo celebration to be called off. However, I managed to get in my own celebration. I had a homemade burrito, with black beans and rice with Mexican style salad for supper tonight. Topped it all off with sour cream and salsa. Those Mexicans really know how to eat.
