Most individuals are familiar with the concept of NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month) in November, wherein aspiring writers try to complete a 50,000 word novel(ette) in 30 days, the length of the month. In recent years, this idea has merged into the musical community with such ideas as RPM (Record Producing Month), where an individual has to record and submit a completed album within the month (while not necessarily having to write the songs...they can be prewritten before the month starts) or FAWM (February Album Writer's Month) where a musician has to create 14 songs from scratch within the month's time.
I'm attempting the latter, having churned out 2 songs already and have pieces of 4 circulating in my head. I'd be interested to know if any other Rinkies out there who play musical instruments would like to jump on the train and try this out...
