Heh, well, admittedly, had we both been up against easier opponents, I would've rather had your setup going into that round. We were about even on total resources, and had we faced off later in the tournament it would've been much tougher for me to pull out a win. I had to put more into temporary enhancements than I would've liked, knowing that I had a fair shot at making up the difference later if I got some less-threatening opponents (which turned out to be the case). Doesn't look like it's gonna matter though: webby's been able to hold +1 Str AND +6 Elem. Def. this month through the semifinals (though he was a bit lucky in that regard, heh, I think bigpig might've won that one if he'd updated), with the previous rounds chipping away at my build speed, I don't think I can make up the difference. You never know though, I had the devil's luck in the finals last month...

Keep at it though. I think if you had been in my place, you'd have had a good shot at winning my later matches too and you'd be in the finals, maybe with slightly better chances than mine.
