If you like motor scooters, I just posted about a hundred pictures(see link below) from the March scooter meet. It may be more scooters than you will want to look at, but you will see everything from a modern 3-wheeled Vespa that leans when it turns, to vintage pre-1950 Cushmans. There is a 1950 Zundap motorcycle in there and a police Harley that used to work traffic in Knoxville, Tennessee. It's a '71 model.

A few of the scooters are mine, and you might even spot my bicycle. Frankly, a vintage 3-speed Murray bike isn't anything to get excited about, but beautifully restored Cushmans in Easter Egg colors should get anybody excited.

With the price of gasoline what it is these days, we may all be riding motor scooters before very long. It's not a bad way to get around, and once all of the cars and truck run out of gas, there will be plenty of room for scooters.

Speaking of gas, I think the tank on my 1947 Cushman is growing. A few years ago, I could fill it up for less than three dollars, but just the other day I put $5.85 worth of gas in it.
