Edgar and Alan Frog - The Lost Boys
Gilbert and Arnie Grape - What's Eating Gilbert Grape?
Conor and Murphy MacManus - The Boondock Saints
Dashiel and Violet Parr - The Incredibles

I wanted to include Vic and Vincent Vega, but excluded them on the technicality that they didn't appear in a movie together. And there was a pair of twins in a recent movie, but I think saying more than that might be too much of a spoiler...
