Oops, I Mean POA

OK, as the subject line suggests, I'm having issues with this game. I must be really dumb if I don't even know the name of the game I need help with. I am stuck on the part a lot of others have seemed to be stuck at. I have read all the posts about it. I have drawn a picture. I have reread everything about the conduits that are in the game. I still don't get it. If you reply to this post, please don't laugh at me! This is what I have done (that is not right):

M06W: south, inner
M11W: north, outer

M16W: south, outer
M21W: north, inner

M26W: south, outer
M01W: north, inner

M01E: north, outer
M26E: south, inner

M21E: north, inner
M16E: south, outer

M11E: north, outer
M06E: south, inner

I thought that everything had to be opposite in order for it to get connected. What am I doing wrong?
