Try not to get ahead of yourself. By the looks of your inventory you have done well. You have a few thing missing in your inventory. Forget about the tower for now. There are other things you need first. You need to go back to the farmhouse and check around. HINT.... stare at the ground. You will need to visit the garden south of the farmhouse. There are some goodies there that will come in handy. You need to go back to the place where you found the sword. You have a shovel in your inventory so.... use it there. Then visit the store.
