We set a new record today. The last time it was this warm on December 11, was 1918, when it hit 69 degrees F. Last time I looked it was 72 and the predicted high is 75.

Now I hear that there is a tropical storm heading into the Caribbean. A tropical storm in the Caribbean this time of year is extremely rare. Could it be global warming? Maybe, but we are talking about weather, and global warming is climate. Not exactly the same thing. If it's balmy in the Southeast and freezing in the Mid-west, it could average out to normal, and average is what climate is all about.

Whatever. At least I got some yard work done today.
