Arnold wears a different political label, but it appears to me that he has done a reasonably good job for a body builder.

As for Louisiana, I have been there a number of times and I find that the people are fine, friendly folks. Early in the 20 century, they had some bad politics, but I think that is not the case anymore. I think California and the governator learned a lot from Louisiana, and that knowledge helped them prepare for the fires they knew were coming.
