Nope. Kermit would be voiced by the late great Jim Henson himself (but now voiced by Steve Whitmire, who also does Rizzo the Rat, Bean Bunny, and Beaker, among others). Yoda (and Fozzie, Grover, Bert, and Miss Piggy) was and is voiced by his cohort, Frank Oz. The funny thing is, once you realize which characters are voiced by the same voice actor, you immediately start to see extreme similarities. Yoda, Fozzie, Grover, Bert, and even Miss Piggy all sound very similar. Kermit, Bert, Rowlf, and even the Swedish Chef, all voiced by Jim Henson once upon a time, sound very alike, too.
