It'll still be in copyright, so without permission from the copyright-holder (in this case, Paramount) your ability to use the image will be limited. If you want to illustrate something about the movie (and you're not using the image commercially), a single frame would easily fall into fair use. On the other hand, if you only want an illustration of the scooter, it would be more of a grey area.
Of course, even if you're on the wrong side of the law, the chances of them prosecuting are approximately zero.
