Yes, very interested. I had heard of Piaggio's new two-in-the-front-and-one-in-the-rear scooter, but still haven't seen one.

For those who don't know, Piaggo makes the famous Vespa and has been in the scooter business since 1946. I have two Vespas, a 1972 and a 1974, and they are quality machines.

Honda made a three wheel scooter for a while, but it had two wheels in the back. The front would lean over on turns, but the back remaind straight up. And no kick stand was needed.

My scooter collection includes three Hondas two Vespas, eight Cushmans and a Benelli motorbike. I am leaving for a scooter meet in Hiawassee, Georgia on Wednesday. I expect to see some of Piaggios new three-wheelers down there.

It's hard to beat a scooter for economy, but there are drawbacks. Mainly rain.
