I finished all of the sidequests now AND got my bag, but..... I have absoluely no idea what to do next. Ive annoyed the guard to the point where he called the administrator, and im pretty sure i have to get into the truck somehow and use the hotwiring instructions. Plus, i have to find my way onto the roof.
