I'm sure that it takes money to live in two places. I know wealthy folks around here who close up their houses and move to Florida for the winter. They don't have morgages, but taxes, utilities, and insurance are year-around expenses. Then they have the cost of living in Florida. As mild as winters have been here the last few years, it hardly seems worth it.
