You need to find a different route out of the forest. I hope you are making a map. You will have a hard time getting around without one. If you are reading other clues you might get confused. There are certain thing that need to be done before you can go on to other things. I will give you a hint about how to get out of the forest. Find the place that says "Dark leaves strong wind from the south" or something like that. It is west of the dead Goblin. Go north and you will run into the elf. You have something in your inventory that you will have to present to him. He will let you pass. Take the gold coins to the soothsayer. She will give you clues and objects in return. Be sure to write down everything she says. Be patient and take one step at a time. This is a great game don't rush through it trying to get to a place you don't have access to. It will come. Good Luck
