I think you have everything you need from the garage. Have you been to the garden? The mystical character wants a carrot too. He's on the other side of the bridge. If you give him a carrot you can hitch a ride. Please update your inventory so I know what you've done and where you've been. Go get more carrots. The bunny is later in the game. You need to get to the garden and take care of things there.
