> I don't think there is another head. Did you use the gold key? I think you're back in the maze. Get out and try going to the chapel. I don't think you need the head at this point. I do believe you are at the end of the game. If that doesn't work go back to the Lab. and use the gold key. If you push the button you will get sent back to the maze!!! I wonder why??? You're on the right track.
