Once you give the soothsayer a total of four gold coins, she'll give you what you need.
I can tell just from your inventory that you haven't found two of them. You need to bruise your foot to get something shiny from the cave where you got your sword. Cash it in and you'll get change plus something that'll allow you to take a boat ride.
