I've been everywhere i can find, and done everything i can do... How the heck do you get past the cat in the garden??

My inventory is:

Sack
Branch
Hammer
Fishing Pole
Sunstone

Carrot
Silver Key
Nails
Magic Stone

Rope
Sword
Bow
Club

Hook
Shovel
Arrow
Ticket

Any help is greatly appreciated.
