GOA can't find my crate

I lost it somewhere, and I cannot find it. Does anyone have a list of certain places it could only be that I could check? I went all over. :(
I am pretty sure I need it to get the hammer.

19 Bronze Coins
6 Apples
Food Rations
Wire Clippers
Blanket

8 Red Gemstones
Guard's Sword
Tinderbox
Key of Opening
Map

2 Black Gemstones
Stone of Strengthening
Torch
Clear Focus Stone
