Go stand in front of the in front of the bakery. Listen. In the shack maybe? You may have got two originally but you need to go back and search again for the 3rd one. Did you get a coin from Baglinder?( The creatures near the desert). Make sure you exhaust all conversation. From your inventory I think you need two coins for now. You will get more as the game progresses.
