I guess you have to live in the right area to understand that one. It means Tennessee Weather-In-Motion, a computer program used on Tennessee TV stations. It combines radar and satellite images to show the motion of weather systems across the state. Even people who are not very bright can understand it. And if you think I didn't make all of this up, you don't know me very well.
