no cell phone

I guess the cellphone was not such a good idea. The lady we talked to kept saying, "that's grandfathered in" "you are entitled to" "rebate" "free" "we're having a special" etc.
To hear her tell it the phone was going to be just an add on to our old account and would cost practically nothing.
So when it arrived and we tried to activate it, the charges started piling up. It was a scam. Like they say, "If it sounds too good to be true, it probably isn't.'
So we sent it back. Who needs a cell phone when their secretary (wife, travel agent, care giver, cook) has one and is always with them? Howard
