The two circles represent the exits. There are two. You need to go up the back way. Away from the giraffe. Try and find your way to the other entrance(circle). Taunt the giraffe. Go out the other exit (the one you entered first) and go around to where the giraffe is. His head is in the exit where you taunted him. He doesn't see you comming. Now you got him!!!! It's almost impossible to tell what someone is doing or not doing just by their inventory. That coin never shows up in the inventory because you use it right away. I spent days on the giraffe. My problem was navigating the cave. Good Luck with your future games. Remember what you think is not important is the thing that works.
