Let me give people a point of reference so they can appreciate those figures.
The *entirety* of the code for Fantasy Quest totals roughly 200 kilobytes. That's less code than gremlinn wrote in the last two days alone for a non-gameplay feature for his forthcoming game. Or, to put it another way, it's three times the size of The Mystery of Brackly Hall.
Of course, most of those 221 kilobytes are made up of the English text you read when you look an entry up, and it's a lot quicker to write that kind of thing than complex gameplay logic, and it takes up more space besides.
Still, I think when one looks at what gremlinn is doing in the right perspective, one cannot be anything but impressed with the scope of his work. At the same time, just the fact that he's doing a glossary feature (and other nice tools along those lines), conveys the point that he's putting a lot of work into making the game manageable by the player, so that it's not so huge you just get lost in it.
Keep up the good work, grem.
