where do i find the rink?

inventory:
7 red gemstones
guard's sword
stone of strengthing
food rations
rope
tinder box
torch
wire clippers
key of opening
focus stone
piece of trash
crate
map
magnifying glass
picture (stolen)

already gave the apple pie to sea nymph and i am trying to get past the vulprix or whatever it is that starts with a v thanks :)
