OK I used the sea water in the bog, and now I have nothing in the bucket, I have had both sap an sea water when facing the giraffe but it never let meuse either. Also I lost the sunstone in the norhtern cave, what can I do there now? I thought I could use the platforms once the giraffe chased me but it wont. If I stall, I can only go east.
