The kid is probably crashed somewhere outside Sr. 1C. Let him be for the moment, as you can't serve him up as a meal until you've either finished completely with Ms. Desai or Mrs. Laurente.

Since you've got the fingerprints for Mrs. L, let's start in on getting those tooth impressions. Mr. Crasto is not averse to sampling dairy products. He also tends to personally confiscate any unclaimed food he finds lying around in the library wings.

As for getting it back... where's your chain? Did you take it from the supply closet in the office? If not, go get it, you need that sucker to solve at least two major puzzles in this game. Including this one.
