Here's some more.
Windmills. They've become more efficient over the years, but their purpose is unchanged: to capture energy from the wind and use it to do something, such as pump water from a well to water cattle. Some models look almost identical to ones made 100 years ago.
Incandescent lightbulbs. There are more varieties than there used to be, and the materials have changed a little, but the basic technology hasn't changed at all. While they weren't nearly as widely used in 1907 as they are today, they were widely known about.
All commonly-used musical instruments. The basic design of almost all of them hasn't changed in at least 200 years.
Wired infrastructure. The connecting instruments have changed, but it's still used to transmit information. In 1907 it was telegraphs; today it's phones and computers.
Barb wire. I'm not sure how much it's used back East; out here in the West it's been in widespread use for well over 100 years.
Wooden fenceposts. Sometimes ornamental, sometimes functional.
Pocketknives. They've been carried for generations. I myself have carried one since I was about 10.
