My inventory is

sack
19 onions
small silver coin
silver key
float ring
sap tap
bucket of sap
roc feather
coconut
blue rubber ball
iron support

I have found 6 gold coins and still can't find the pliers. I killed the cyclops and the lion but I can't get by the vampire. I have jumped in the river in every place I could think of. Searched in every nook and I can't find the pliers or whatever I need to buy them if that's where they are. I can't help the clown or the magic tree. I'm stuck again. The only thing I remember about this game is that giraffe. I know that's a ways away. I know it's hard to get hints on the weekends so if you could give me a couple I would appreciate it. Thanks
