FQ2 - what now?

Fantasy Quest 2. I've been doing fine, until now.

Inventory:

15 Onions
Silver Key
Sap Tap
Roc Feather
Pliers
Sack
Crown of Destiny
Bucket of Sap
Coconut
Iron Support
Small Silver Coin
Float Ring
Cross
Blue Rubber Ball

I helped the Indian but he didn't give me anything (I think I know what I have to do with the unicorn though -wink-).

I can't get by the beefhead or firedrake and I don't know where a red ball is. I think I still need 1 more gold coin. I already helped the dog. Centaur is still sick, tree is still sick.

Not sure what I am missing (please don't say I need to find another gold coin - I don't remember which ones I've already found!).
