Early Years - Gold Rush - Help??

Been through this 3 times, using the allotted number of moves without finishing it...Duh?

I have the tea cup, envelope, letter opener, knife-wielding coo-coo clock, train, axe, and potion.

I've heard the lady scream, can't get into the cellar, and found many niches and storage rooms.

Can you point me in the right direction? Thank you if you helped me finish Bombadier II!!
