Chess isn't going to help. Mrs. Pinto, boring as she is, can actually give you a good idea to pass along to the website team for recruitment. You need to first help them get new members and then ruin their day - getting them out of the lab is going to take FOREVER. What else have you done, out of curiosity? There are three or four teacher tasks you have to complete.

Also, take that chart down to the boys' bathroom and chat up whoever's there. An opening will come up for you to use scare tactics if you talk to them long enough.
