Having trouble registering - Monster Arena

I have signed up and yet never received a confirmation email, though one was said to have been sent. I have tried clicking the "re-send" button, to no avail.

I am fairly sure this is a problem limited to Monster Arena, as I have accounts successfully created from the same email address in several other parts of the site.

Any thoughts on how to help? I hope it's not an email disconnect or something...
