December for me is enjoying my pretty Christmas tree and trying to find some time to go to work in between my trips to Boston for Holiday Pops concerts. Usually that time to work ends up being every single day I'm not in Boston. Unfortunate that being on the road for six hours doesn't make for a restful day off. :-}

What with working in a restaurant in a mall, I get to deal with an awful lot of holiday shoppers this month. An *awful* lot. And somehow it always seems they lack the holiday spirit I'd expect from people who are Christmas shopping. But there are Christmas carols on the Muzak and they're a bunch of fun to sing to, and lots of business = lots of money!
