Can't help much, but I can say that the you can get past the first floor of the tower in the thorn bushes by selecting the "Look under the armchair" option 8 times in a row. Also, you don't have the Jewel-- it's in the southeast corner of the garden somewhere (you feed a unicorn a carrot and then try to ride it to get to the garden). Maybe you don't have it because you already found out how to use it- I don't know. Now can you help me? Where'd you find the Hook and the Pass Ring??? I have your inventory except for those items.
