FQ2 am sure im missing something

Have got:
4 onions
2 tree branches
sack
silver key
float ring
bucket of sea water
roc feather
coconut
huge ladder
blue rubber ball
iron support

Have restarted once and first time round had a small silver coin but i cant remember where i got it.
Can't get past the vampire.
Have killed the cat but not the lion.
Have healed the Indian.

Help would be great. Thanks
