> I was playing brushing my hair yesterday and right below my hairline on my neck i felt something weird. It felt like some kind of bite or irritation, i can't see it, but it feels crazy. I also found a bite-like one on my hand. It blistered alittle today and i popped it. it is sore to touch but other than that it don't hurt. The one on my neck doesn't hurt or itch. my boyfriend did just kill a spider a few nights before so i keep thinking it's a spider, i've never been bit by one, so I wouldn't know, any suggestions?

Hmm... that sounds very much like the bite of a small spider. Most likely, it's nothing to worry about, unless you are allergic, or unless the spider happens to be a brown recluse, in which case your worries have just begun. But most likely, it's nothing to worry about. :-)

Another (albiet remote) possibility is that a large colony of hyperactive dust mites landed on your neck and are doing what dust mites do best (namely, eating skin cells).

I particularly like the following excerpt from Wikipedia, that repository of all human knowledge:

"Dust mites eat the same particle several times, only partially digesting it each time. Between feedings dust mites leave particles to decompose further. Ultimately a fully digested particle, which a dust mite will not eat, is deemed by scientists to constitute fecal matter. On average, a person sheds about 1.5 grams of skin cells and flakes every day (approximately 0.3-0.45 kg per year), which is enough to feed roughly a million dust mites under ideal conditions... Dust mites in bedding derive moisture from human breathing, perspiration, and saliva."

Sweet dreams!
