Quest of Kael - idol

Could someone give me a hint about where I might find the idol? I've been trawling around for ages but haven't found anything new.

I have:

A Rusty Sword
An Open Oyster
A Hook
A Short Knife
A Strong Rope
A Magic Book
A Magic Wand
A Candle
A Lighter
A Fishing Rod

I can't give the oyster to the campfire men either - it doesn't come up in the options when I try.
