Highway 11 Revisited - Tech Help Needed

How can I convert a podcast (MP3 file), like, say, the excellent ones on allmovietalk.com to a file I can burn on a CD and play in my car stereo? I don't want to buy any converter, or an MP3 player: when I listen, I'm driving.

I'd like to do it without using ITunes if possible, too. My work blocks downloads of the program: I could likely do a work-around, but would like to avoid this if possible.
