You can catch Delphine, but first you need to chase her to a room where you can close her in, one that's... secure. For now, get her to bolt from the kitchen, it's just one stop along the way in the cat chase. I think you can either get a leash from Caroline's dad or one of the guys in the arboretum.

Mine access card: Tried stowing away to Akumos? Those crates always have something loose in them if you search for it. A lunch buddy of yours would appreciate it, and his reward is your first step to getting access to the mine.
