You'll have to break up the English teachers' fight or complete Mrs. Awatif's quest before you can practive chalk throwing.

To break up the fight, you have to finisht he artist quest. How to make someone smelly? You have what you need. Examine your inventory, read the descriptions of everything, and you should figure it out.

You can't access what you need for Mrs. Awatif's quest until you've finished the SC 1 quest, you have most of what you need for that, now how can you bore the brats to sleep?
